Hub Bearings Presser

Features

• Compatible To All Types of Hub Using Cartridge Bearings.

• To install bearings into hubs.

• Expert box includes 6000, 6001, 6002, 6800, 6801, 6802, 6803, 6804, 6805, 6900, 6901, 6902, 6903, 608, 609, 686, 687, 688, 689, 699, R4, R6, R8, 0922, 1526, 1728 and 8, 9, 10, 12, 15, 17, 20 and 25 mm guiding pins.

Operation

Front Hub

• For axles without shoulders select the correct external adapter and internal adapter.

• Insert threaded screw and external bearing adapter thread on tightening bars and tighten to fit bearings.

• Insert one bearing onto the axle and other bearings into HUB insert threaded screw and external bearing adapters and tightening bars, tighten to fit bearings.

Rear Hub

Follow the same process for the rear HUB making sure you select the correct
diameter adapters.

Free Hub

• Select the correct size bearing adapter and fit it in the same way as for the hub bearing.

• Use the same process to fit the second bearing.

Mavic Hub Bearing Replacement

• Remove axle and bearings by bearing puller.

• Bearing Pressing: Select the correct size external bearing adapters. Place bearing and adapters into

• a hub. Insert threaded screw and tightening handles. Tighten to fit bearings.

• Free Hub: Select the correct size bearing adapters and follow the same process as for the hub body.
